Specifications include, but are not limited to: Department of Health - Cannon Health Building - HVAC Upgrades. Replacement of the existing ceiling diffusers, replacement of the existing air handler cooling coils, revising the chilled water piping to the coils, replacement of the air handler fans, and air balancing the air distribution system. After all tests and adjustments have been made and all systems pronounced satisfactory for permanent operation, this Contractor shall clean all exposed piping, ductwork, insulated members,fixture, and equipment. Where slotted or other types of inserts required for this work are to be cast into concrete,they shall be furnished as work of this Division. All floor-mounted mechanical equipment shall be set on 6-inch high concrete bases, unless otherwise noted or shown on drawings.
