Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals for a Data Center Design, which will be used to house the El Paso County (EPC) data and network infrastructure and colocate other local government and educational entities. El Paso County is currently planning a new data center to be built on one of several existing County sites to replace the current mix of data closets and server rooms. The data center will become the County's primary data center housing critical applications as well as mid tier enterprise and back office applications. The County envisions the existing facility will become the backup site and provide continuity of operations (COOP) functionality.
