The Great Plains Area Office is soliciting for a Firm Fixed-Price, Brand Name or Approved Equal Quote for the purchase of:
Optos California RG/AF (Retinal Camera) with Modality Worklist to include Delivery, Installation, Calibration and Training for the Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center/Sisseton IHS in Sisseton, South Dakota;

Basis for Award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA);
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
- Ability to meet or exceed the requirements/specifications.
- Price Evaluation - The Government shall conduct a price evaluation of all technically acceptable offers.
Award will be made on an “all-or-none” basis to the lowest price technically acceptable.
