Specifications include, but are not limited to: This pavement rehabilitation project is located on the western part of the Las Vegas Valley, being the Hualapai Way centerline the boundary line between the Summerlin Jurisdiction to the West and the Spring Valley Jurisdiction to the East. The project scope includes milling to remove 1-inch of the existing asphalt surface and replacing it with 1- inch of UTACS on all travel lanes along Hualapai Way from approximately 360 feet North of Russell Road up to the South approach concrete slab of the CC-215 bridge, and over Flamingo Road from Hualapai Way to Grand Canyon Drive. For the Hualapai Way portion, the construction of raised median islands is included. This work also includes vertically adjusting manholes and valve boxes as needed, replacing damaged or out to date signs, replacing pavement markings, installation of ITS conduit on Hualapai Way, upgrading street lighting lamps to LED along the entire project length, traffic signals upgrading, sidewalk ramps upgrading to meet ADA standards, and other necessary appurtenances required to make a complete and serviceable project.
