Specifications include, but are not limited to: The demolition and removal of structures at 27 Wilson Street in Sanford, Maine. Contractor agrees and undertakes to demolish and remove the structures and debris at 27 Wilson Street in its entirety, including complete removal and breaking up the foundation, slab, and any under structure found; and additionally as part of the project as summarized: • Filling the cellar hole and driveway hole with clean soil and any crushed foundation as may remain; • Applying clean soil to match the natural grade of the surroundings; • Removing ALL asphalt • Applying sufficient depth of wood chips to cover the impacted area of the property provided by the City Public Works Department from the Public Works Facility, hauled by the contractor.
