Specifications include, but are not limited to: replace the Board’s current licensure, regulation, and investigation system with a custom-built system; • A database which stores licensee, authorized agent, and disciplinary information. • Online capability for initial licensure, license renewal, license reinstatement, license verifications, updating user information (e.g. mailing address), updating supervision relationships. • As part of the State’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, the proposed system will need to integrate with the State of South Dakota’s standard identity management service single sign-on (SSO) which enables custom control of how citizens and/or state employees sign up, sign in, and manage their profiles. The SSO supports two industry standard protocols: OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 (preferred).
