Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope will include the development of a master plan to serve as a blueprint for the future expansion of Fort Sisseton Historic State Park while tying it to South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks mission and goals. The plan should include, but not limited to: • Identify infrastructure development, planning, acquisition, and sustainability such as but not limited to restoration and preservation of current historical buildings, exhibition renderings, a new Visitor Center and Campground Development • Long term investment plan including but not limited to sustainable funding, events, and marketing. • Public elements including but not limited to public input and interest • Prioritization the overall needs of Fort Sisseton Historic State Park
