Specifications include, but are not limited to: A vendor to provide training on and technical assistance to support South Dakota child care providers in learning about and implementing the Trauma Resource Institute’s Community Resiliency Model (CRM). • Trainings and technical assistance support will be delivered by trainers who have been certified as Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® Teachers by the Trauma Resource Institute (https://www.traumaresourceinstitute.com/). • Deliver training utilizing the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® curriculum to support childcare providers in implementing the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)®. This will include full and part day trainings directed at the following target audiences: family childcare providers, childcare program providers and out of school time providers including program directors/managers and frontline staff. • Vendor will be responsible for providing all training materials and resources for participants. • Provide follow up technical assistance opportunities to support program implementation of the Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® thru May 31, 2023. • Provide post training follow up to participants to market technical assistance and training opportunities and provide additional resources during the contract period.
