Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified well service companies to properly plug the Wulf 1 Disposal well in accordance with the South Dakota Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources’ oil and gas well plugging requirements outlined in ARSD 74:12:03. 3.2.1 Set cast iron bridge plug at 2,661 feet and dump bail five (5) sacks of cement on top of plug, or spot thirty (30) sacks across perforations. 3.2.2 Spot thirty (30) sacks balanced plug in casing at 2,150 feet. 3.2.3 Perforate at 1,980 feet, set cement retainer at 1,880 feet and pump forty (40) sacks cement through retainer, spot ten (10) sacks on top of retainer. 3.2.4 Spot thirty (30) sacks balanced plug in casing at 1,300 feet. 3.2.5 Spot fifty-two (52) sacks balanced plug at 950 feet. 3.2.6 Perforate at 278 feet, set cement retainer at 178 feet, pump forty (40) sacks of cement through retainer, spot ten (10) sacks on top of retainer. 3.2.7 Spot fifteen (15) sacks from fifty (50) feet to surface inside 5.5” casing and the 5.5” and 8.625” casing annulus . 3.2.8 Remove all equipment, cut casings off four (4) feet below ground level. Weld on plate with weep hole, inscribe well location information on plate. 3.2.9 Reclaim the well site in accordance with state reclamation requirements found in ARSD 74:12:03:06. 3.2.10 Fluid between cement plugs must be packer fluid. 3.2.11 Cement volumes are based on cement with 1.15 cubic feet per sack yield. Volumes must be adjusted accordingly if cement with a different yield is used.
