Specifications include, but are not limited to: TYPE OF SYSTEMS: The type of systems include, but are not limited to air handling systems, central air conditioning systems, controls, electric, electronic and pneumatic systems, boilers, burners (oil, electric and natural gas), AC package units, window units and console units, sump pumps, hot water heating systems (gas and electric) water and steam piping and components (HVAC related only). Check, adjust or replace, as specified: belts, oil, refrigerant and water levels, control systems, burners, air filters, water filters, motors for vibration, condenser tubes, coils, air filters, water filters, HVAC valves, traps, water and steam lines (including supply, returns and drains). Dismantle all boilers as required by State boiler code. Seasonal start-up and shut-downs.
