Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. This contract is between the Department of Military, hereinafter referred to as “the Department” and a business engaged in providing cleaning services, hereinafter referred to as “the Cleaning Service”, for daily and periodic cleaning services at the Coyote Inn Army Lodging Facilities, Fort Meade, South Dakota. 2. The Cleaning Service is required to clean all or portions of buildings 159 and 160 at Fort Meade South Dakota. 3. The Cleaning Service will provide services described herein on an as needed basis, 7 days a week, with the Department issuing work orders to the vendor for the areas to be cleaned. The Department will contact the vendor every afternoon, Monday through Friday, by 5:00 PM with the work orders for the following day. If the vendor is unable to be contacted by 5:00 PM, it will be the responsibility of the vendor to contact the Department for the work orders for the day. The work orders for that day shall be completed by 3:00 PM. The work orders for Saturday and Sunday shall be given to the vendor by 5:00 PM Friday. Department does not require cleaning service on all recognized Federal holidays
