Specifications include, but are not limited to: A qualified vendor to provide professional services on behalf of the State of South Dakota (“Consultant”) for the purpose of professional development and family awareness of South Dakota’s IDEA Part C early intervention program known as Birth to Three. 2.1 Shoot, edit and produce approximately 6-8 high quality video clips of various lengths, most less than 2 minutes. Video clips will feature state selected Birth to Three direct service providers, service coordinators and families from across the state. 2.1.1 Video clips should be produced for use in the program’s professional development platform. 2.1.2 Video clips will be less than 2 minutes in length. 2.1.2.1 One clip will be approximately 4-5 minutes in length and consist of multiple individuals in a conversational setting. 2.1.3 Each video clip will appeal to a specified target audience which include direct service providers, service coordinators and families. 2.1.4 In most cases the video clips will be driven by an interview with a state identified person to represent the particular subject matter. 2.1.4.1 State will provide content directive for the interviews. 2.1.5 Maintain and provide to the State, a complete accounting of the project and to acquire and maintain a legal file of all necessary clearances and releases. 2.1.6 Provide the State with opportunity to give input on the videos, narratives and other associated pieces to ensure program integrity and sensitivity to the subject matter (i.e. providers and/or family member). The State reserves the right to final approval on each of the individual video clips, the narratives and any other associated pieces.
