Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified suppliers to provide motor coach service for the team trips. • Vendor will book, reserve and pay for the cost of a room for the driver. The motor coach and driver will be at the head coach or BHSU Staff Person in charge availability at all times, from time of departure until return to BHSU. All drivers must have a current CDL license. • All departures will be from BHSU Young Center or other main location on the campus of Black Hills State University, Spearfish, SD, unless otherwise noted. A motor coach may be needed at times upon short notice. Times for departures will be supplied to vendor at least one week before trip and are subject to last minute change.
