Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFP calls for the cleaning of HSC’s HVAC system throughout the following buildings within the Mickelson Center for the Neurosciences: Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, and Admissions. ; he HVAC system includes any interior surface of the air distribution system. This includes all Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning systems from where the air enters the system to where the air is discharged from the system. Components are not limited to return air grilles, return air ducts to the air handling units(AHU), interior surfaces of the AHU, mixing boxes, coil compartments, condensate drain pans, supply airducts, fans, fan housings, fan blades, plenums, turning vanes, filter housings, reheat coils, supply diffusers, canvas connectors, dedicated exhaust and ventilation components are all considered part of the HVAC system.
