Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work to be performed under this Contract is for the construction of miscellaneous site improvements to The Clark CountyPublic Works Maintenance Yard located at 9935 South Jones Boulevard. The project will generally consist of increasing the size of the Traffic Operations outside paved storage yard by 77,800 square feet and the Road Division fleet parking areas by approximately 193,600 square feet, and construction of a paved Road Division material storage and equipment yard of approximately 563,700 square feet. Work will include grading, concrete curb, gutter, and cross gutter; plantmix bituminous surface and aggregate base; storm drainage channel improvements, riprap; on-site lighting, conduit, and appurtenances; 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer line extension; chain-link fence; pavement markingsand a CCTV Camera Security System.
