Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall include all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting and services necessary to construct the project per approved plans and specifications. Construction includes but is not limited to the following: Tenant Improvement of the entire 9th floor to accommodate the Public Defender and the SeniorJudges new offices. Work consist of demolition and removal of selected interior partitions, doors, flooring, suspended acoustical ceiling, plumbing, electrical, lighting, low voltage cabling and devices. HVAC equipment, duct work, including removal and replacement of 9th floor (11) water source heat pump units with associated mechanical piping and electrical work.
