Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide sound, lighting, service, stage management, and have a technician available from approximately 8:30 AM to 7 PM, Thursday thru Monday, and security for equipment used for both stages during the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 South Dakota State Fair including Preview Day (numbers, dates, and times are approximate and subject to change). Equipment should be delivered and set up by Wednesday morning and take down may begin Monday afternoon following schedule completion. 3.3 The Freedom Stage has a concrete surface with entry stairs on two (2) sides of the stage. Seating capacity is approximately 2500. 110v and 220v power are available and mounted on a panel near the south side of the stage. Contractor will provide the following: 3.3.1 Mains 3.3.1.1 Three way speaker system capable of producing 110 db of clean undistorted sound at front of house with two (2) double 18” sub cabinets per side, (1200 watts each), two (2) high packs per side with two (2) 15” speakers with a 3” horn per box (1200 watts each). No peavey gear anywhere. 3.3.2 Front of house: Midas M-32 with a qualified technician to run board. 3.3.3 Monitors: Will run from front of house via iPad with five (5) monitor cabs (500-800 watts per box) with a qualified technician to run board. 3.3.4 Lighting: lighting console with technician to run board and adequate dimmers, cabling. 3.3.4.1 Eight (8) moving LED lights on back truss. 3.3.4.2 Eight (8), 12 LED wash lights on front wash. 3.3.4.3 Lighting console with technician to run board. 3.3.4.4 Adequate dimmers and cabling.
