Specifications include, but are not limited to: The offeror must add the necessary water to loosen solids and ensure vaults are thoroughly pumped. If vaults are pumped from the inside of the toilet the building must be thoroughly cleaned. If spills occur while pumping or when removing equipment, the vault must be cleaned. The offeror is required to add deodorizing chemical. Example: Big Shot Bionic Concentrate or equivalent. The offeror must add adequate water to reduce odor after the vaults are pumped; The offeror must dispose of the waste outside of Custer State Park. The offeror shall notify Custer State Park immediately when a scheduled service is not provided by the scheduled time. The offeror shall service all on call service requested within three business days The offeror may not enter any designated campground before 8:30 AM for service. Vault toilets may be pumped up to three days prior to the date listed on the pumping schedule.
