The FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) provided a grant to the Town of Jamestown (Town) to implement long-term hazard mitigation measures after a major disaster declaration. The purpose of the HMGP is to reduce the loss of life and property due to natural disasters and to enable mitigation measures to be implemented during the immediate recovery from a disaster. This specific project will implement an Automated Flood Warning System (AFWS), specifically in the local Jamestown area.

The Town is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for design development services to develop and integrate a local AFWS into the existing Boulder County (County) system.

US Mail One (1) unbound copy of your proposal, printed double-sided, 11 point, on at least 50% post-consumer, recycled paper must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked as PROPOSAL #James.036, and delivered to the Administrative Services Front Desk at 2025 14th Street, Boulder, CO 80302.

All Proposals must be received and time and date recorded and verified at the Administrative Services Front Desk by the above due date and time. Sole responsibility rests with the Offeror to see that their Proposal is received on time at the stated location(s).
