Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Capture all training objectives to determine performance expectations and best practices for change management 2) Integrate change management in the existing transfer of learning processes 3) Develop curricula for small groups of supervisors and managers to improve skills in managing change with regard to policies and procedures, orientating new staff and organizational communication 4) Facilitate micro-learning sessions for JJSC supervisors and managers 5) Conduct one-on-one coaching to administrators, managers and supervisors to establish consistency change management practices within JJSC 6) Provide an evaluative measurement of the impact of the transfer of learning i.e. in knowledge, behavior, impact on outcomes
