Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through participation in Startup in Residence (“STiR”) program the Office of Administration ("OA") Bureau of Talent Development is embarking on a process to standardize supervisory training across the commonwealth and improve accessibility. The VR-SEED Project is designed to address two core issues currently impacting training delivery services to commonwealth employees: 1) capability to better leverage Skype functionality in order to educate learners across the entire commonwealth, in large or small groups, by offering interactive, engaging, virtual experiential learning opportunities accessible from individual workstations which is highly limited presently due to technological and budgetary constraints; 2) converting traditional classroom instruction/associated course content to virtual formats supported by streaming and live video feeds.
