Specifications include, but are not limited to: The TCCM shall perform on-site compliance and consultative services and shall work with PAPMC/PHA’s Operations Department. The TCCM shall ensure that all appropriate state, federal, and LIHTC requirements are followed, in order to protect against an event of recapture of tax credits. The TCCM shall also provide consultative services to PAPMC/PHA external and internal staff, including, but not limited to, training, file review and monitoring, and preparation of reports to management and regulatory agencies. The TCCM is NOT expected to perform the annual audits of the developments, but shall assist PAPMC/PHA, and the limited partnerships to complete all required documents.
