Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Scope of Work (SOW) provides for the development and conduct of an HSEEP compliant exercise series inclusive of TTX for the SEPA RTF subgroups of Fire, EMS, USAR, and Hazmat on or before November 15, 2019 and an FSX on or before June 15, 2020. The Consultant, under the direction of and in coordination with the ERWG and SEPA RTF will plan, design, develop and execute the HSEEP compliant TTX and FSX. The exercises will be focused on vertical and horizontal coordination, as required by the National Incident Management System (NIMS), and the horizontal coordination and communications between the Fire, EMS, USAR, PIO, and Hazmat teams. The following must be incorporated into the TTX: Exercise the interoperability (including communication and resource management) between the Fire, EMS, USAR and Hazmat groups for a major incident involving multiple operational periods Evaluate real-time during the exercise, interoperability two-way radio capability between county response units. Exercise the ability to transfer command at a major incident involving multiple operational periods. Exercise Public Information Officer activities as they relate to a multijurisdictional response.
