Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Philadelphia, Department of Revenue is seeking support and maintenance services to its custom developed Modernized eFile (MeF) application and the eGov application. The selected vendor will serve as the City’s primary source of support for all issues with these two applications in production environment. This support will include troubleshooting of all MeF and eGov related issues, identifying resolutions, applying fixes in DEV/TEST environments, testing solutions, receiving approval of fixes from stakeholders, and deployment of the fixes to production. The selected vendor will also be responsible for both modifying existing data schemas and building additional data schemas packages to add additional tax types into the MeF and eGov Knowledge of working within the framework of IRS Publication 1075 is required for handling of MeF application.
