Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide court ordered supervised family visitation for parents whose children are placed in the custody of LCCYS. Primarily visits need to occur on evenings and weekends, and as needed during regular business hours. Visits should occur at the provider’s facility or in the community, with the availability of videotaping when ordered by the court. Security must be provided to ensure the safety of all participants. The provider must have the ability to offer transportation for children and/or parents when necessary. ; A written report is required for every visit. The provider must work with the providers of Family Group Decision Making, Family Reunification and/or any other parenting program that the family is involved with. Provider staff must have the ability to testify at court on an as needed basis. Provider will report on statistical outcomes, including but not limited to, the number of children and families served, and the number of and reasons for families not accepted for services.
