Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide storage for any of the Authority’s business records and computer media (collectively “records”). 2. Deliver stored documents to the Authority’s designated locations upon request from authorized personnel. (3 Day turn-around time) 3. Store all records in properly designated containers designed for record storage. 4. Preserve all stored documents in original, undamaged state. 5. Maintain all records in strict confidentiality. 6. Destroy documents as requested by authorized HACP personnel. 7. Properly index documents for easy retrieval upon request by the Authority. 8. Provide as requested 95-gallon locked totes for confidential information shredding. 9. Pick up shred contents as needed. 10. Invoices must indicate to what department and/or site the charges are being billed and who in that department requested the services.
