Specifications include, but are not limited to: i. Compile monthly and cumulative workforce diversity data provided by the Office of Labor Standards using LCP Tracker (number and percentage of hours worked) for: ▪ Each workforce category described in Bill No. 170206 (minority categories, women, and local; laborer vs. skilled); ▪ Each contractor/ subcontractor; ▪ Each Rebuild project, ▪ Each category of Rebuild project (e.g., those managed by the City, those managed by non-profits, and those managed by the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (PRA)); and ▪ The Rebuild initiative as a whole. ii. Analyze construction workforce diversity data to highlight results and trends and identify risks. iii. Coordinate with representatives of the building trades as appropriate. iv. Assist the Office of Labor Standards as necessary to perform site visits periodically to verify workforce participation. v. Otherwise coordinate with the Office of Labor Standards as necessary. vi. Assist the Rebuild Office with coordination with representatives of City Council, the City’s Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO), and other entities as necessary.
