Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified vendors to undertake a Perinatal Periods of Risk (PPOR) study for Montgomery County’s Office of Public Health (OPH) in order to determine disparities in fetal-infant mortality, identify significant risk factors, and develop a community action plan to improve birth outcomes. Funding for this study is provided primarily through the Title V grant that OPH receives from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Health. In collaboration with OPH, the successful applicant will be responsible to: create a study plan and timeline; submit IRB approval; obtain, clean and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data; lead community and stakeholder meetings to share the findings; and develop community action steps.
