Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department’s objectives for the AMI project include the following: ▪ Cost Effective Customer Billings and Collections ▪ Enhanced Customer Service ▪ Streamline PWD Operational Processes. • Project Management o Review of vendor deliverables o Assistance in reviewing installation quality control practices for both the turnkey installation contractor and PWD installations. o Assist in resolving deployment issues and providing technical assistance. o Review project implementation schedule and if anticipated deviations from the schedule or costs arise, recommend corrective actions and assist in contract enforcement and oversite. o Participation in status meetings. • System Acceptance Testing and Integration Testing o Review, and oversee user and system acceptance testing, As needed Troubleshoot and resolve technical, functional, performance, and integration issues • Gather AMI Data storage requirements o Assist in requirement development • Review the capabilities of currently utilized customer and meter information systems. o Complete a gap analysis and provide recommendations. o Develop a high-level roadmap o Recommendations on additional business intelligence tools
