Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department’s objectives for this project include the following: ▪ Applicant shall accomplish all tasks within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. ▪ Applicant shall advance various projects through phases of pre-planning, planning, conceptual design, final design and engineering, and PS&E deliverables, and construction support. ▪ Applicant shall successfully manage and coordinate all tasks assigned for each project. ▪ Applicant shall successfully produce all work-products and deliverables detailed in the applicable work order. ▪ Applicant shall develop data-driven plans, strategy, and other work-products. ▪ Applicant shall successfully develop and manage meaningful community engagement and communications ▪ Applicant shall develop collaborative plans with organizations such as, but not limited to, Amtrak, Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC), Philadelphia City Planning Commission (PCPC), Commerce Department, Department of Public Property, Philadelphia Water Department (PWD), PATCO, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), Philadelphia International Airport, Philadelphia Regional Port Authority, Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA), Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, Philadelphia Police Department, School District of Philadelphia, and SEPTA. General Services: the general services required of the Applicant includes, but is not limited to: 1. Act as an agent of the Department or its designee. All project correspondences except contractual issues are directed to the Project Manager. The Department or designee provides final decisions and directions for resolution and response. 2. Monitor and document all activities and issues to ensure that the project proceeds on time. 3. Schedule and conduct project meetings including preparation of agendas and minutes. 4. Participate in regularly scheduled project status meetings at which the Department or designee and Project Manager discuss such matters as project progress, process, cost, disputes, and scheduling. Such meetings may be called or scheduled more or less frequently, as determined by the Department or designee. Keep and distribute minutes of such meetings. 5. Coordinate with City, regional, State, and Federal departments and agencies, as well as stakeholders. 6. Signed QA/QC review of all deliverable, including invoices.
