Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Selective demolition. Including removal of existing interior vestibule, exterior entry porch roof, select interior enclosed office walls, roof shingles and building paper, and exterior entry doors. 2. All work as shown on the contract Drawings, as applicable. 3. Site preparation, including clearing of the site, demolition, trenching and bulk earthwork. 4. Site improvements, including walkways, drainage facilities, final grading, and landscaping. 5. Utility trenching and backfilling, conduit and installation as shown on the contract Drawings. Note: Sanitary sewer and water facilities indicated as “By Others” on the contract Drawings are not the responsibility of the General Contractor. 6. Excavation, backfilling, and compaction. 7. Finish grading, landscape, paving, and/ or seeding the entire disturbed site. 8. Coordinate all sitework with all other contractors to ensure proper sequence and schedule of overall work and prevent overlap, redundancy and delay of work. 9. Excavation for Foundations, including footings, foundation walls. 10. Concrete foundation walls and slabs-on-grade, including sub drainage systems, and insulation.
