Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Assist DBHIDS, OHS, and PDPH in using the financial database system to gather data efficiently and to support timely and effective management reporting; • Facilitate operations, communications, and efficiency across Budgeting, Accounts Payable, and Contract Administration units with tangible results in terms of efficiency and outcomes. Proposals must address ongoing creation and enhancement of Mainstay II System databases; programming, testing and documentation; and ongoing implementation, training, and support. The City’s implementation of Mainstay II is configured to interface with the following databases: The Budget History System is the archived files linked to MAINSTAY. An audit trail is created by the Budget History System which provides information regarding all steps that an initial funding allocation went through. The system provides a full history to track the amounts throughout the life of each allocation. In addition, the City seeks development of new interfaces with the following third-party databases: The Promise System is a state managed system related to clients receiving intellectual disability services. HICSYS is the system which authorizes an individual to obtain services. Once authorization is obtained through HICSYS, Promise processes payments for intellectual disability services obtained by a client on a fee-for-service basis. The Promise System is tightly integrated with HICSYS. The payment is recorded and tracked in Mainstay.
