Specifications include, but are not limited to: PINE (To include Southern Pine, Douglas Fir and Western Larch all as acceptable substitutes.) All lumber shall be #2 common or better grade. (Exception: Certain 1” x 12” and 1” x 4” sheating is to be “B” Select Pine only. (See note on Proposal Form) Lumber is to be kiln dried and surfaced all sides. All lumber shall have true and straight dimensions and shall be free of any warping, bowing or cracking. All of the above required specifications are to be in accordance with the National Bureau of Standards/American Softwood Lumber Standard and the National Hardwood Lumber Association.. OAK All lumber shall be of common grade and rough cut. Lumber shall be square edged all around, shall have true and straight dimensions and shall be free of any excessive warping, bowing or cracking.
