Specifications include, but are not limited to: Common Areas, Bedrooms:Floors: Broom swept, wet mopped if needed. Vacuumed if carpeted. Furniture including both loose and built-in furniture: Wash exteriors completely so as to remove all dust, dirt and soil. Interiors of drawers, closets, and cupboards should be checked to remove any debris or personal items left by guests. Personal items must be turned into the office of Conference Services immediately. Empty wastebaskets and recycle containers. Remove all trash from all areas and deposit trash in exterior dumpsters. Return furniture to proper location: During use, furniture will be disarranged. The contractor is to rearrange furniture to its proper locations. This may require lifting and moving of heavy items (upwards of 50 lbs.). Kitchens (if applicable)Wipe off all counter surfaces. Clean and disinfect all sinks and stovetops and refrigerators Wipe down appliances, clean if needed. Remove leftover food or beverage items including items within the refrigerator or freezer. Remove all trash from all areas and deposit trash in exterior dumpsters. Bathrooms and Outer Bathroom Sinks AreasSinks cleaned and disinfected. Commodes cleaned and disinfected inside and out. A different cleaning utensil is to be used for the seat and bowl. Mirrors cleaned and polished.
