Specifications include, but are not limited to: The replacement of the existing concrete culvert on Fennel Road over a tributary of Stony Run. Project involves the removal of six trees, the existing concrete frame culvert, guiderail and roadway. The replacement structure is a precast concrete culvert with an opening of twelve feet six inches (12’-6”) wide by four foot (4’) high, forty two feet and nine inches (42’-9”) long with precast wingwalls. Additional work includes installing rip-rap aprons and rip-rap stream bank protection, installation of a concrete inlet box and twenty-four feet (24’) of 30” RCP between and existing driveway culvert and the proposed box culvert. Approximately 100 feet of roadway will be reconstructed as part of the project. Guiderail will be reinstalled and will be independent of the structure.
