West Chester University is soliciting contractors to provide repairs, maintenance and renovation projects between $25,000.00 and $475,000.00 on an as needed basis. To accomplish this, contractors must bid unit prices that include hourly labor rates, % markups on materials, and subcontracts, and equipment rental. Hourly labor rates shall include all overhead and profit. If a contractor is selected, a Standard Work Order Contract (2018K112) will be issued, all standard terms and conditions will apply and are not negotiable. It is anticipated that multiple contracts will be issued for each contract listed. Once a contract is accepted and signed by all parties, the University may issue Individual Work Orders (IWOs) for projects on an as needed basis. There is no guarantee that any Individual Work Orders will be issued to contract holders.
