Specifications include, but are not limited to: Students/Alumni Student/Alumni Document Management. The CSM System must: Provide students and alumni with the ability to upload/view multiple documents (including cover letters, résumés, or other portfolio items, with settings for public/private access). Provide students and alumni with the ability to determine which documents are to be viewed by or sent to employers. Note: Required formats of documents include Microsoft Word (DOC), Word Open XML Format (DOCX), Portable Document Format (PDF), and Rich Text Format (RTF), with a maximum file size of at least 5 MB. Placement and Student/Alumni Tracking. The CSM System must: Allow students to note if they have accepted a job at a graduate/professional school. Allow administrators to create customizable search reports with the capability to sort student/alumni records (e.g., by gender, undergraduate or graduate level, ethnicity, major, department, or veteran status). Allow administrators to create reports based on unique users, repeat users, and type of services accessed. Student Search for Employers. The CSM System must: Allow universities to provide the option for students/alumni to search all approved employers (company name and website only) searchable by location, position types, and experience level. Provide a search function for students/alumni to run customizable job searches. Permit students/alumni to save their searches and create customized searches. Career Events. The CSM System must: Allow students/alumni to register for in-person and virtual career events and activities (including open and preselected interviews, résumé collection, information tables, information sessions, career fairs, and class/club presentations). Search registered employer profiles and available positions.
