Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Vendor must demonstrate the ability to service 19 intercollegiate athletic programs andover 400 student athletes in an efficient and timely manner.B.Vendor must have the ability to provide the merchandise in the appropriate team colors,Indiana University of Pennsylvania’s primary colors are crimson (PMS 201) and gray(PMS 422). All University logos will be approved by the University's Marketing andCommunications Department before production.C.Vendor must be able to provide necessary complete uniform sets (home, away andalternate), team issued practice apparel, footwear, and any other team-issued gearnecessary for intercollegiate competition (i.e. jackets, travel bags, sport specific items,head wear, etc.)D.Vendor must be able to demonstrate the ability to negotiate with manufactures to get thebest rate for the University.E.Vendor must be able to demonstrate the ability to carry one company’s merchandise thatcan service 19 intercollegiate athletic teams.
