Vendor to provide Audio/Visual Equip. to meet the following: Podium, wireless mics (3), Audio Mixer, Projector & Screens positioned for unobstructed view in all rooms, audio capability for presentations requiring sound, high speed internet connection w/max bandwidth. Vendor to provide a Continental Breakfast to accommodate up to 200 guests; specifications in IFB. Vendor to provide a buffet style Luncheon for up to 200 guests as specified in IFB. Vendor to provide a minimum of 200 free parking spaces with limited or no steps to facility. Facility must be located within a 3-mile radius of 17 N. 2nd Street, Hbg., PA 17101
