Specifications include, but are not limited to: Conduct an assessment of the Airports and its facilities to determine the Authority’s insurance needs; 2) Develop an understanding of the Airports’ areas of exposure and implement strategies to address such exposure; 3) Evaluate Authority’s existing insurance policies and loss experience; 4) Apply your understanding of the airports risk exposure and recommend and propose changes to the existing policies, as shown on attached Exhibit “A”; 5) Market, negotiate and recommend insurance policies for the Authority considering the Airports’ risk exposure and loss experience; 6) Implement an annual renewal program and an account analysis and present such data to the Authority
