Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project will award two separate contracts. Contract 1 consists of the rehabilitation of an AAMA Access Road located in Butler Township, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. The Access Road runs from South to North, parallel to West Oak Street (US 61). Starting at Malones Road (South), the 4,775 LF road splits and becomes two connecting roads - uphill and lower section of the dam, which functions to provide access to maintain the Ashland Dam Reservoir. Rehabilitation Area 1 is 465 LF long x 18 FT wide. Rehabilitation Area 2 is 465 LF long x 18 FT wide. Contract 2 consists of constructing a Cast-In-Place Concrete Monitoring Weir along the Little Mahanoy Creek. The weir will be placed approximately 725 east/southeast of the Ashland Reservoir Dam Crest located in Butler Township, Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
