The description and location of the project is as follows: This work is the furnishing and placement of an 11'-0" x 4'-0" precast reinforced concrete box culvert and inlet & outlet sections over an unnamed tributary to Cocolamus Creek at a Department prepared site, construction of approach and roadway consisting of Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for the binder and wearing courses, furnishing and placement of guide rail, and miscellaneous construction all within a length of approximately 240 linear feet (0.045 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 2010 SECTION A03, in JUNIATA COUNTY, DELAWARE TOWNSHIP, from segment 0200 offset 0000 to segment 0020 offset 0014.
