Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of Lehigh is soliciting proposals for an independent firm to provide ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES ERP Project Manager will be responsible for the following: 4.1.1 Serve as point of contact for County and Vendor Communications 4.1.2 Work with Vendor Project Manager 4.1.3 Coordination of all Lehigh County resources across all modules, phases and activities including development, conversions, forms, installation, reporting, implementation, integration and billing. 4.1.4 Along with ERP Vendor, assist in the Development and Management of Project Plan 4.1.5 Monitor and manage overall project risks 4.1.6 Communicate regularly with the Vendor Project Manager and Stakeholders 4.1.7 Track completion of project tasks 4.1.8 Escalate outstanding issues for approval within the Project Team and Vendor 4.1.9 When necessary, coordinate change order process to ensure proper scope and budgetary compliance 4.1.10 Monitor project quality
