Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of General Services is seeking to obtain an Offeror to provide access to a network of resources who meet the Commonwealth’s needs for Contracted Medical Staffing. The Commonwealth requires that the selected Offeror(s) use a web-based workflow Vendor Management System (VMS). The VMS will be used to facilitate the Contracted Medical Staffing process and must be customized to include Commonwealth stand job titles, levels, and locations. This RFP is made up of three (3) lots as described below. Each lot contains staff for Direct Care (contact with patients) and Non-Direct Care (non-patient contact), which covers the medical staffing needs across the Commonwealth. • Lot 1 – Nursing Professionals – For additional details on the services being requested, refer to Lot 1 – Nursing Professionals - Technical Submittal, located in the Buyer Attachments section. • Lot 2 – Medical and Therapy Professionals - For additional details on the services being requested, refer to Lot 2 – Medical and Therapy Professionals - Technical Submittal, located in the Buyer Attachments section. • Lot 3 – Ancillary Professionals - For additional details on the services being requested, refer to Lot 3 – Ancillary Professionals -Technical Submittal, located in the Buyer Attachments section. Offerors may propose on an individual lot or any combination thereof, but Offerors MUST SUBMIT a separate and complete proposal (Technical Submittal, small diverse business packet, veteran business enterprise packet, and any required supporting documents as well as a complete Cost Submittal) for each lot for which it plans to propose an offer. Offeror shall indicate the respective lot number on all proposal documents.
