Specifications include, but are not limited to: The TPA will be responsible for all C-PACE Program administration tasks. The TPA will provide all services related to accepting, processing and approving applications through closing of funding for eligible projects. This includes providing and maintaining a C-PACE Program website and development of an application processing system. The TPA will also be responsible for marketing, customer service, and contractor registration. This includes coordinating outreach and education activities with County departments, such as the Allegheny County Economic Development and other community partners. ; a. Program Administration – Be in charge of or assist with drafting the C-PACE Program guidelines that will document all C-PACE Program processes, procedures, and requirements along with roles and responsibilities of team members. ; Monitor and Coordinate Program Administration – Monitor and coordinate all components of the C-PACE Program related to the development and ongoing management of the C-PACE Program administration. ; Data Management – Maintain a database of all C-PACE Program financings, terms, surcharge amounts, capital providers, energy/conservation, and status.
