All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT A. Work in the General Construction Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Remaining work not identified as work under other contracts. 2. Selective demolition. 3. Interior construction, including partitions, doors, interior glazed openings, and fittings. 4. Interior finishes, wood trim, and floor and ceiling finishes. 5. Fire protection and fire suppression systems. B. Temporary facilities and controls in the General Construction Contract include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Temporary facilities and controls that are not otherwise specifically assigned to the HVAC Contract and Electrical Contract. 2. General waste disposal facilities. 3. Temporary fire-protection facilities. 4. Barricades, warning signs, and lights. 5. Security enclosure and lockup. 6. Environmental protection. 7. Maintenance and restoration of Owner's existing facilities used as temporary facilities. HVAC CONTRACT A. Work in the HVAC Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. HVAC systems and equipment. 2. HVAC instrumentation and controls. 3. HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing. 4. Building automation system. 5. Mechanical connections to equipment furnished by the General Construction Contract, HVAC Contract, and Electrical Contract. ELECTRICAL CONTRACT A. Work in the Electrical Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Electrical distribution. 2. Interior lighting and controls. 3. Raceways for communication and security systems. 4. Raceways for audio-visual systems. 5. Grounding for audio-visual systems. 6. Fire alarm systems. 7. Low-voltage wiring and connections for audio-visual systems. 8. Hangers, supports, testing, and labeling/identification of systems in the Electrical Contract. 9. Electrical connections to equipment furnished by the General Construction Contract, HVAC Contract, and Electrical Contract.
