Specifications include, but are not limited to: The seller shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, and accessories necessary to maintain the Honeywell Access Control (Model(s) PW5 & PW6) system in an operable condition. Various parts manufactured by multiple manufactures must be present to complete the Honeywell Access Control system. It is the intention of these specifications that the awarded seller hereunder furnish the necessary labor, equipment, materials, parts, supervision, tools, transportation, and all necessary appurtenances required to maintain, repair, overhaul, or replace the existing controls and systems. The awarded seller will be required to supply service based on the manufactured components.
