Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional services to assist with the SW Wall Street-Tech Center Drive Improvement project. Engineering design of SW Wall Street-Tech Center Drive connection, a new local industrial road, from the Fields Trust Apartment Site to SW Tech Center Dr. with utility infrastructure to support development and a new street signal at SW Tech Center Dr./72nd Ave. The following are design parameters to be used in the street design: SW Wall Street will require a 52’ ROW, 36’ curb to curb width with no center lane and sidewalk and LIDA planters only along the north side. Total estimated street length is 300 LF. Street will begin at end of improvements of the Fields Trust Apartment site (STA 42+00 on MurraySmith plans – Field Trust Apartment site improvements end at STA 42+00) and end at the Tech Center Dr. connection (STA 45+00). The Wall St. section adjacent and constructed with the Fields Trust Apartment site includes a sheet pile wall. This type of wall or comparable will need to be extended as part of this project due to adjacent rail right-of-way grade.
