Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Strict administrative oversight and responsibility for all plan activities to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations including plan document creation and modification, retention management, audit assistance, and assistance with employee transactions. 2. Vendor counsel and recommendations to District 3. Information to the district including latest legal and legislative requirements and any pending legislation,. and communication and methodology to meet compliance requirements. 4. Serve as primary contact for all investment vendors/providers, employees and financial representatives while ensuring secure transfer of confidential employee data between the TPA, vendors/providers and the District.
