Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Review layout of current library Circulation Division and Technical Services Division staff and work areas; and layout of Book Corner. 2. Meetings with staff from Beaverton City Library, City of Beaverton Community Development Division and New Friends of the Beaverton City Library Board to identify requirements for spaces and refine design options. 3. Identify and incorporate current and future city and library-specific requirements, including ADA requirements. 4. Produce a minimum of 3 concept drawings for a space plan that addresses designated areas in the library. For each area, the plan will include: specific recommendations for furniture and equipment with cost estimates; alignment with current electrical and network points, or specific plans and cost estimates to provide electricity, network, and lighting to the recommended locations. If construction would be required in an area to achieve recommendations, create accompanying schematic drawings and cost estimates.
